Non-professional disassembly is

not allowed

The internal structure of Intelligent lock is more complicated than traditional lock. It contains a variety of high-tech electronic products, and please do not disassemble it casually. Just feel free to contact us if you have any questions and we will try our best to serve you.

Do not slam the door

Please do not slam the door when you open it. After the door is closed indoors, the handle should be rotated to retract the lock tongue. After the lock tongue and the door frame are closed, release the handle and do not force the door, so as not to affect the service life of the door lock.

Please use the dry& soft cloth to

wipe the acquisition window

The surface of the fingerprint collection window will be wet and dirty after using for a long time. Please use the dry& soft cloth to wipe the acquisition window. The hard & wet is not allowed.

Keep away from water

Keep the Printed Circuit Board Assembly away from water. Please try to avoid use the Intelligent lock out of doors as there will be a big influence of it’s performance.

Keep away from corrosive

substances

Please keep away from corrosive substances with the lock surface. Please do not use the substance which contains alcohol, gasoline, diluter and so on to wipe the smart lock surface.

Please do not hang heavy objects

on the handle

Please do not hang any heavy objects on the handle as the door handle is the key part of the lock.

Please check & replace the

battery regularly

Please check & replace the battery regularly. When the battery temperature is overheated, the battery is prone to leakage. If you find that the power is low, or if you need to go out for a long time, please replace the battery with a new one to prevent the battery from being damaged and corroding the internal circuit. Do not mix the old and new batteries and the high-quality 5# alkaline battery is recommended to use.

1. Door lock voice prompt "battery out":

This alarm sound is a low voltage alarm for the door lock battery, reminding the user to replace the battery in time.

2. Unable to open the lock electronically when the battery is out of power:

You can use the Micro-USB interface to connect to an external power bank to unlock the emergency power supply or use a mechanical key to unlock.

3. If you use the wrong way to unlock the door for many times, the door lock will emit a "Woooo" alarm sound and cannot be opened:

This is the door lock anti-test opening alarm. At this time, the door lock is in the locked state, which is used to improve the safety of the door lock. After the door lock has issued an alarm, you need to wait 5 minutes for the alarm to be released when you are outdoors and unlock it again. When indoors, you can press down on the handle to unlock, or remove the battery and reinstall it to cancel the alarm sound.

4. Emergency mechanical key is lost:
